What kind of company are we?

We manufacture various products using special paper and nonwoven fabrics.

Established in 1954, we are a manufacturer and processor of specialty paper and nonwoven fabrics. The photo above shows tatami mats made using paper produced by our company. In addition to paper used in building materials, we also manufacture a wide range of products, including thin paper used to wrap hamburgers, paper used as the base material for masking tape, and filter paper used in plants that convert seawater into fresh water.
What kind of work is it?

After joining the company...

You will be assigned to a team of 5 to 8 people and operate large machines to manufacture and process products. It is a young workplace with more than 25% of employees in their 20s, so you can easily ask questions. This is a position where you can aim to become a supervisor or team leader in the future. Due to the three-shift system, there is almost no overtime work. It is a job where you can easily maintain a good work-life balance!

It is an environment that allows both the company and myself to grow.

I decided to join the company because I was impressed by how clean the factory was. Currently, I am in charge of putting the finishing touches on products. Many of my senior colleagues are around my age, so it's easy to talk to them outside of work. During breaks, I enjoy talking about hip-hop with my colleagues who share the same interest.
